UAAP Season 79 Opening Ceremony

The 79th Season of the University Athletics Association of the Philippines (UAAP) bearing the theme "Dare to Dream" officially opened earlier this afternoon at the grounds of the host school, University of Santo Tomas.
Administrators, athletes, and students of the member schools gathered at the Plaza Mayor to celebrate the festivities and to formally raise the curtains for this UAAP season.
The delegates marched through the Arch of the Centuries to emulate the Thomasian tradition to start their journey inside the university, but as for the athletes, the start of the season.
